Tambù took part in BeComics

We tell you our experience

On Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 March, Be Comics, the international festival of comics, games and pop culture, was held in Padua. It was born in 2016 and, despite being only at its third edition, it attracts many visitors every year, aspect which identify it as one of the leading events in this sector.

This year the festival has expanded and changed location, leaving the squares of Padua that had hosted this review in previous editions. The Be Comics was held in the pavilions of the Padua fair, which also dealt with the organization, together with Arcadia Arte and with the institutions of the city, in particular the Municipality.

This year the concept of the fair was Internationality, with particular attention to China, Japan and the Middle East.

Thanks to the new spaces available, even more events were organized! In addition to the workshops, a new area dedicated to young people has been created and high level guests from the comics and game sectors have also been invited.

Tambù also participated in this fair!

In particular we were hosted at the stand of the International School of Comics of Padua. On the occasion of the 10-year anniversary of the foundation of the School, it created a wonderful stand, equipped with several Megascreens, where visitors could carry out various activities. In particular we underline the possibility of admiring different designers at work and the opportunity to participate in different workshops held at the stand.

In addition to us, The International School of Comics also hosted: Comics and Sodas from Padua, In Zona Cosplay, the Kleiner Flug and Gomma Creative Agency, of which we are particularly thankful to Valentino Sergi, to be always available to work with us on new projects.

For the Tambù team it was the first time at Be Comics. Participating in this festival was a magnificent and absolutely rewarding experience. What we have experienced these days has been absolutely stimulating! At this fair, which is wide-ranging internationally, space has really been given to the comic and to the game, also leaving plenty of space for young people.

For all this we would like to thank the International Comics School of Padua, and in particular its director, for giving us the opportunity to be present at this fair and to make ourselves even better known in the area and among the enthusiasts.
