Mercanti della Superba

With Mercanti della Superba you will step into the shoes of an enterprising merchant from the ancient Republic of Genua, the Superba (the proud). Serving the Doge, you will be in charge of founding colonies and shipping goods from and to Genua. You will have to setup a fleet,  hire experted crews and harness  the treacherous Mediterranean winds. Most of all, you will have to  asses costs and revenues of every mission, to maximise profit. The other players will compete with you to gain missions, offering lower hires, will try and twart you with every sort of ploy, but could also be useful business partners. The most prestigious (and rich) merchant will be the winner.
